A NZD10.00 deposit paid by credit card is required to secure your reservation. A separate email with the payment request link to a secure payment gateway will be sent to you shortly as we do not keep your credit card details.

Pine Hill Lodge welcomes all adults over 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policies:

Guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival,

50% of the total price will be charged if cancelled between 14 and 7 days of arrival,

100% of total price will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

Please be reminded that the premises including the vineyard is non-smoking including vaping.
